Returns/exchanges

Please carefully read the product listings before purchasing. Size charts are included in each product listing and in most cases, garment measurements are also included. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need further measurements. 

Pattern adjustments for custom items may not be able to be accommodated after the point of ordering. This will be dependent on the type of adjustment and if production of the item has commenced. If the changes cannot be made, the item will be sent as originally ordered.

Returns

I gladly accept returns of faulty items. Alternatively I may be able to repair some faults. Please contact me at lisa@rosellaroad.com.au within 7 days of delivery to discuss. If item is deemed faulty, I will send you a return shipping label. I do not issue refunds due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact me.

Exchanges

Effective for orders from 5th June 2022 onwards, I can no longer accept exchanges or give store credit for custom made orders. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

I'm happy to exchange any full price ready made or standard size custom orders for another item (subject to availability) or store credit if a replacement item is unavailable. The item must be unworn and in original condition. Please contact me at lisa@rosellaroad.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Postage back to Rosella Road is to be paid by the purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for postage of the replacement item which must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. 

Face masks, headbands, earrings, hair ties and sale items are only eligible for return or exchange if deemed faulty.
